[Case Study] There is a technology I want to use, but I can't think of a way to apply it.

Organizing the features of the technology, we propose ideas from multiple perspectives such as providers, users, and the market!

We would like to introduce a case where we generated ideas for services and application scenarios based on the premise of utilizing technology. There was a consultation where the desired technology was already determined, but the client was unable to think of what kind of services or conveniences could be created using that technology, resulting in the project not progressing. Therefore, after aligning on the direction of the ideas to be generated with the client, we conducted idea generation from a broad perspective, repeating the cycle of proposal → deepening → reconsideration, which helped visualize the utilization image of the technology. [Case Overview] ■ Request - We would like you to generate ideas for new services and application scenarios using the technology, based on an understanding of it. ■ Results - Through proposals and discussions, we gained a new perspective on the technology. - Future considerations became clear, allowing the project to move forward. - The visualization of ideas accelerated subsequent discussions. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] I want to spread the concept of design x business within the company.

Conduct appropriate training on themes after understanding the current situation and challenges of the team!

We would like to introduce an example of an in-house training session on the broad concept of "design" that we conducted. Due to the high number of team members from technical backgrounds, there was a lack of experience in thinking from the user and business perspectives, which has become a challenge in providing new services. Therefore, based on the current situation and challenges, we considered and proceeded with the training by determining "for what purpose," "on what themes," and "how many times and at what frequency" the training would be conducted. [Case Overview] ■ Request - We would like training on several themes from the perspectives of user experience and business design. ■ Outcomes - Acquisition of insights and perspectives that cannot be gained through regular work. - Experience in the process of incorporating new perspectives into work. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

A fun and highly effective card game workshop for teamwork training! It comes with manuals, handouts, and teaching materials, so those in charge can feel at ease.

【Program Overview】 This is a practical exercise where the task is to create a map to the dentist in the neighboring town for Jack, who cannot stop his toothache. This experiential learning program has been supported by many companies for over 30 years since its presentation. 【Learning Objectives】 Team Building Participants will learn "communication for team building." The goal of this workshop is for members to get to know each other's personalities and to facilitate easier communication than before. 【Post-Training Outcomes】 ■ Understanding the basics of communication, such as listening well to the opinions and information of other members and clearly conveying one's own opinions and information. ■ Building camaraderie among members by achieving the task. ■ Recognizing the importance of information sharing and goal setting in helping the team achieve its objectives. *For more details, please refer to the related links page or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Concerned whether the features of the new service meet the needs.

Clearly define user requirements through a process of exploring users' true feelings and utilize them in UI production!

We would like to introduce a case where we defined user requirements and created UI for a new service at our company. We received an inquiry from a client who plans to offer a new service but is unsure about what users need and how to present it, indicating that they had not thoroughly considered the necessary features. Therefore, we delved deeper into the current assumed user profile, established user needs and requirements, and confirmed the consistency and adequacy of the features intended to be provided by the service. This allowed us to clarify the functions and UI that needed to be developed, leading us to the UI creation phase. 【Case Overview】 ■ Request - We would like you to handle everything from exploring user needs to creating the UI that meets those needs. ■ Results - Improved resolution of user needs - Created a UI that satisfies both user needs and business objectives - Understood the process of defining user needs and requirements *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
